The surface is made from multi-purpose filler and is somewhat rough, but after sanding it looks much much more like concrete.

This stone retaining wall is not quite complete, and separates the Illinook and Calumet City ares. Once finished it will have a painted top to look like concrete and probably have some building flats, or other features.
